What’s Coming Up

• The AGM has been scheduled for Thursday 17th October from 7pm (Charles Dart Crescent, Barnstaple). Everyone is welcome to come along, learn more about the charity, offer ideas/opinions and provide help in large or small ways (for those who wish & are able).
• Lundy day trip
• Sail with Santa
• Beauty & The Beast Pantomime
• Termly trips starting in 2025, watch this space

All outings are heavily subsidised for deaf children & their families.

The Facebook group is a place where anyone is welcome to ask deaf-related questions, offer advice or recommendations to others, and arrange individual meet-ups/catch-ups.

What We’ve Been Doing

• More surf lessons with Surf S.W. Croyde
• Horse riding and pony days at Calvert Trust
• A day at the River Dart Country Park
• An activity day at Calvert Trust. Some of our group made it onto the news as film crews were there to discuss their recent closure scare.

Latest Fundraising Information

• We have a few collection tins waiting to take up residency somewhere. If you have any suggestions let us know.
• Rhona & Crystal walked The Ultra 50km South West Challenge & raised over £600.
• We have some money to revamp our newly diagnosed packs but we need someone to take on the project, research the best ideas to go in them and costs. Please email if you can help.
