What We’ve Been Doing

• We have now had our AGM and welcome Ria as Secretary & Rhona as Welfare Officer onto the committee as well as Crystal (Chair), Sue & Paul (Treasurer) who have remained.
• We’d like to thank Jenny who has now stepped down from her official position for all her help and hard work over the years, and we hope she’ll continue to keep in touch.

Latest Fundraising Information

• We are still featuring on the Tesco blue token scheme in Braunton for possible cook & sign sessions. Don’t forget to put your blue token in our section from October to January.
• If anyone has any fundraising ideas or would like to do a sponsored event, please let us know.
• We have some money to revamp our newly diagnosed packs, but we need someone to take on the project, research the best ideas to go in them and costs. Please email if you can help.
• If anyone would like A4 posters or A5 leaflets to distribute at their local shop/activity centre/pool etc., please email and we can get some sent out to you.

• Beauty & The Beast Pantomime, Barnstaple – Book now!
• Possibly a Christmas Sing & Sign Session
• Christmas parent/carer get together (more details to follow)
• Clip ‘n’ Climb, Exeter in January (more info to come)

The Facebook group is a place where anyone is welcome to ask deaf-related questions, offer advice or recommendations to others, and arrange individual meet-ups/catch-ups.

Our events are for children with all levels of deafness and their families.
